Return & Replace policy

If you are not satisfied with your product or wish to exchange or return it, please consider the following terms and conditions:

Return:

1.  You can return the products within 3 days of receiving the order, if the product has not had a previous free trial version.
   
2. Shipping costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.   

Switch:

1.  You can request to exchange the product for another product of the same category within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
2.  Price differences will apply if there are differences in the cost of the products to be exchanged.

Notes:

1. Return and exchange does not include products that have been customized according to customer demand.
2.  If the product was damaged during shipping or received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to arrange a replacement without additional costs.
