Return & Replace policy

- Shipping costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- You can request to exchange the product for another product of the same category within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Price differences will apply if there are differences in the cost of the products to be exchanged.
- Return and exchange does not include products that have been customized according to customer demand.
- If the product was damaged during shipping or received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to arrange a replacement without additional costs.
